At Adiri, we appreciate your role as an Adiri reseller in helping to make Adiri products available to caregivers and babies worldwide. To make our reseller program as successful as possible for both you and for all of our resellers, we ask that you take a moment to read the following important reseller information:

Information Regarding Use of Trademarks

The words "ADIRI," "BREASTBOTTLE," "NATURAL NURSER," and the ADIRI logo are trademarked, and the Breastbottle™ nurser and Adiri™ Natural Nurser are protected under multiple U.S.A. and foreign utility patents issued and pending. It is important to include the TM symbol after any of these words or logos, and, to include after the word "Breastbottle" a circle ® and the word "nurser" (for example, "Adiri Breastbottle® nurser"). Legally, the circle "R" and "TM" symbols need only appear in the first or most prominent mention of the words in the relevant document or web page, but feel free to use them whenever the names are used in text.

Use of Adiri Support Documents

All materials published on our websites are copyrighted by Adiri, Inc. As a reseller, you are welcome to use any of our promotional materials provided in our Reseller Information in your own promotional or educational materials. Any modification to any support document must be approved by Adiri prior to publication and/or distribution. You may email us for approval at marketing@adiri.com. We make these approvals a high priority and generally get back to you within one to two business days.

Our ordering and pricing policies are available for viewing after the acceptance of your reseller application.

Return Policy and Customer Questions

It is up to our resellers to develop and service their own return policy. Adiri has many reference materials that should be helpful in solving customer concerns before a customer considers returning our products. We provide comprehensive printed instructions with each of our products and in our Reseller Information, which you are free to use on your own site. If a customer is still experiencing problems or has a question after reviewing our support documents, they can call our toll-free number during regular business hours, East-coast time, (excluding holidays and weekends) at 1-888-768-4459, or email us at info@adiri.com.

Product Warranty

Adiri has high-quality control standards in both the manufacturing and packaging of the Breastbottle nurser. Consequently, defects are extremely rare. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect, contact us for more details on policy and process.
