A 30-Day Warranty Against Manufacturer’s Defects
At Adiri, we know how important it is for you to spend your family’s money on products that are going to last and make your life better. If your Adiri Nurser has a defect, simply follow these five steps to receive a refund.
- Download, print and complete our return form.
- If you can, include all the original packing materials when you send us your completed return form.
- Send your form to: #103 720 Evans Court Kelowna B.C. V1X 6G4
- For prompt delivery, we recommend sending your return via UPS Ground or FedEx ground. If your bottle does have a manufacturer’s defect, we’re happy to refund your shipping fees. We’ll email you to keep you updated about receiving and processing your return.
- Email a receipt or proof of your purchase along with the package tracking number provided by carrier to email@example.com
- You should receive a cheque for the cost of your bottle and your shipping (if your bottle did have a defect) within 30 Days from the time your bottle arrived at ReliaBrand headquarters. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your return, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
